Sexual harassment in the work place
I was fired for saying andoing something I didn't say or do. I am being fired for things that everyone else there does or says. Including the general manager. I would prefer to talk about this on the phone. I can even call you.

As you seem to realize, more information is necessary to answer any question you may have. Further, I am a California attorney, and you are in Idaho. The applicable law is federal and, therefore, I can answer your questions on that basis, but there may also be state law applicable and even more advantageous.
