Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

Idaho Probate

My father died and we were unable to

find his will. He had two families 2

daughters and later 2 more

daughters. Though not divorced from

2nd wife... they had been separated

for over 25 years.. he didn't want her

to get anything he had worked for.

Can the step mother of the first two

children claim 1/2 of everything left

to them? 2 small savings(jointly

owned) 1 small IRA account

(beneficiaries) and 1 piece of property

in AZ.

Re: Idaho Probate

Idaho laws are a little different than those of Arizona. I will defer to an Idaho attorney to answer this. If you need help transferring the title to the Arizona property, we service all Arizona counties, and offer free initial consultations, which can be by telephone. 480.835.1500 if you want the consultation. Be prepared to give all facts and documents to review.

Best regards,

James D. Jenkins
