Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Idaho

legal responsibilities of trustees

I would like to provide my sons who may become trustee(s), under the terms of my Last Will and Testament, for assests that could pass to their nephews and nieces with copies of Idaho Code that state the fiduciary (and possibly other) responsibilities that govern their role of Trustee.

Hopefully, your respose will allow me to print out the applicable code citations. If we are talking about hundreds of pages of Idaho Code, can it be condensed to just a few pages to make my sons aware of the legal responsibility place upon them?

Check the Uniform Powers of Trustees Act at Idaho code section 68-105 and 106 for the general rules
