Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex and I were never married and have a child together. He never proved himself the paternal father and he's an illegal resident. I allow him visitations on the weekends and he pays child support. All out of court. He wants a copy of our child birth-certificate and social security card. By law am I obligated to give this to him?

No, but realize that he may no longer voluntarily pay you support. Why does he need it?
