i have 2 pending cases that have been remanded thru the dept of human rights & eeoc, my compnay is laying us off and I was given a sepaeration confirmation agreement to sign..we all had to sign this sheet,it states excludes bonuses and any other form of extra compensation?? will this damage my restitution/damages to be awarded by a GOV agy?? due to liability of discrimination and retaliation??

The answer to this question depends on a number of factors including the grounds under which you have made your complaints and the terms of the separation agreement. Without that information it is extremely difficult to answer. Your best bet is to contact a local attorney who deals in employment related issues.
