I was fired from my job. I missed work due to rheumatoid arthritis. Am I protected under ADA? The employer used another excuse when firing me. Thank you.

What is the reasonthe employer gave you for your temrination? How long had you been there? How much work did you mis? Was the missed work pursuant to FMLA or another type of protected leave?
