Legal Question in Disability Law in Illinois

I am in middle school. I recently had a 504 plan for A.D.D. which states that I qualify for special accomidations such as quiet test time and taking tests in a seprite room. We are now taking standerdized tests. I take it in a special room that's LOUDER than the normal room where the other students take the test. My school says its illegal if I don't take it in the library, Is this true?

A 504 plan is a legally binding document. Your parents should be involved in trying to find a solution to your learning barriers.
