Sick Leave payout upon death
My husbad, 46, was a teacher and died at work on 9/26. He had accumulated many sick days b/c we can use them (up to 340) towards our retirement benefits. Is our district responsible for paying out any or all those sick days? I mean he was banking them for our future. Thank you
