I filed bankruptcy in 2002 in the state of In. I now live in IL. And I have gotten myself in a jam once again how long do Ihave to wait to file again

I am assuming this was a Chapter 7 bankruptcy - You have to wait eight years from the date of discharge, so if your date of discharge was May 31, 2002, you could not file chapter 7 again until May 31, 2010.
