Re: bankruptcy

No offense to you, BUT, this is a rather simple thing to do. It is evident that you are "pro se". Are you SURE that you do not want a lawyer to represent you??? Why don't you contact your local bar association and ask for help before you botch the whole thing.

Re: bankruptcy

Although a bankruptcy filing may seem easy at first, there are many ways for an individual to get too far in over his head. It is a rather sound investment to have an attorney prepare your petition and counsel you along the way. This way the attorney can help you protect your assets, while making sure all of your dischargeable debt is eliminated. I offer free consultations as well as flexible payment plans to help aid my clients in the process. Give me a call or shoot me an email and I'll be happy to give you a free consultation. Thanks.

Sincerely,
