i have filled chapter 13 and my attorney said he needs tax forms for 2004 2005 2006 2007 i need them asap do you know where and how and fast i can get ahold of this by tuesday.. my house is in florcloser and he said iam not protected untill i get these...

The best thing to do is to order your tax return transcripts from the IRS. Most Chapter 13 trustees prefer the transcripts over a copy of the return because it confirms they were actually filed.

Your attorney should know, especially if he handles BK's. I tell my clients to go to the IRS and get a transcript. No one can get you the actual copies by Tuesday but a transcript should do.
