Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Garnishment

I am moving from MD to IL with the same company. Please advise if the court order, filed in MD, can transfer to IL? Or will creditor have to file a new order in IL?

I'm not at all sure of what your question is. If you are employed by the same company, but in another state, and that creditor is serving a wage garnishment, in my opinion, there is no need to serve it in the state to where you are moving. If, on the other hand, you are indicating that the case in your old state should be transferred to a new jurisdiction, this is another case.
