Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

what is the process for a third party citiation to discover assets? in other words, how in depth is the search? is it just a question and answer session regarding what is currently in your account? or are bank records disclosed including credits and debits to your account? if so, for how many months/years? are questions asked regarding payroll checks deposited? how much info, is your bank required to reveal at this hearing and/or how much is the creditor's attorney allowed to investigate?

You are required to be as forthcoming and honest as possible. They can do as much or as little investigating as needed until they exhaust all options in obtaining payment from you.
