Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Illinois

Refile chapter 13

I dismissed my chapter 13 voluntarily 1 month ago. I accured more debt after filing in 03-07. I am now receiving wage garnishment notifications and a bank has filed a small claims law suit. How soon can i refile another chapter 13? And is there anything that stops you from being unable to file

Re: Refile chapter 13

As long as you didn't get a discharge from the last 13 you can file a chapter 13 as soon as possible.

Absent an actual "discharge" in bankruptcy, you may file again. That is, the bankruptcy case was not brought to completion, correct?

You should be able to file and halt the bank's small claims action. What is the nature of the wage garnishment?

Thanks!
