Automatic Renewal Notification
I have a contract with a company providing waste management services that automatically renews unless either party notifies the other 60 days prior to renewal date. Is there a provision that the company MUST notify me prior to the automatic renewal date? I live in Ohio but the contract says ''This agreement is governed by the state of Illinois. ''

If they don't let you know that they're terminating at least 60 days in advance of the end date of the contract, then it should renew automatically.
