Which contract to use ?
Can you tell me a good contract to use to establish an agreement with car dealership and car brokers to sell them my cars from my vehicle wholesale company. I know a sale agreement is used for the actual sale. But, I need an agreement that will legally declare my company as the wholesaler for these particular companies and will obligate them to purchase the cars agreed upon.

I take it from your question you are looking for some sort of pre-printed, fill in the blank form. I sincerely doubt you will find such a thing. You should contact an attorney in your area to tailor this agreement to your specific situation.
