Re: Contract in Pakistan

Maybe. The question depends on where the contract was signed, where the goods or services originated and were delivered, where the residencies of the Pakistan national and US national were, etc. In other words, US court jurisdiction over the subject matter and the persons. Do you want to enforce the contract in the USA/Illinois? Do you want an attorney? This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.
