Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

Copyright Violations

If I am in posession of books in my home which were sold to me by an organization that has been sentenced by a court to deliver up all books, and materials, containing certain phrases which have been deemed copyright violations for destruction, can the FBI enter my home with a search warrant for possessing possible copyright violations books or materials and confiscate those materials, books, computers, fax machines, my personal business records, videos and any other materials of interest to the FBI.

Probably. In most instances the seizure is restricted to the identifiable product. I suggest you retain competent counsel to protect your interests.
