Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I have a Corporation - Registered in Wyoming - but I live in Illinois. What I want to know is I'd like to create a child company under the Corporation, but to have it be a Non-Profit...interested in setting up a Community Center locally. How easily can this be done? Would this be like a DBA or a Tradename? Thank you!
