Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
credit card fees
Good Afternoon:
I work for a samll company who has given the option to its customers to pay thier invoices via credit card, but we pass on the charge we would have to pay to that customer. Is this legal to do so as long as you advise the customer and they agree upfront.
Thank you

Re: credit card fees
It propbably violates your agreement with the credit card company. I am not sure if it is legal.
