Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Hello,
I am starting a new business/website and would need assistance with legal documents protecting the rights of consumers and their properties. Basically I need a document that is like a Terms and Conditions that you see on websites. User must click the check box to agree.
Basically, this is a social borrowing/lending site. Anyone can post their requests and anyone can borrow let's say a dress for a week, or give a ride to someone, or lend their PC laptop for a few hrs.. etc. So there needs to be some sort of legal protection document for this.
