non compete contract

after 7 years working at the same salon the owner ask me to sign the non compete contract which i did,by doing so they told me will get 2%rase which i got only 1%.basicly they cheated me with not fullfilling what they said,,and its been a year after i sign it they start to be control freack and even controling how much i make and even retaining some of my tips clients has giving me and since they are family operated the wife has taken stop or better said steal some of my cash .which i have evidance for and now i left and totally dismissed they contract cuz i felt totally unfairly treated ,,pls help and i just got a lawyer for that/

Since you have a lawyer, you really should ask him or her, since I assume that you provided your attorney with a copy of the non compete. Good luck.
