Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Non-profit Foundations
I am on the board of a foundation getting 501c3 status and I am interested in creating a 501c4 organization that will be affiliated with the first foundation (grants will be given from one to the other). Is it legal for me to be on the board of both of these organizations?
