Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

i got screwed!!!!!!

i was wrongly put on state sex offender registry and now the problem has been corrected. but it still comes up on background checks. what can i do?

Hello. This is a very serious problem. You need a lawyer immediately and in my opinion you may be able to file a claim with the Illinois Court of Claims. This is the court where claims are brought against the State of Illinois. I will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
