Tree Damage To Roof

A Tree is planted close to property line grows tobig and pushes finch out onto other property. Limbs are very big hang over finch and stroms come and limbs breaks and falls on roof. Owner won't trem tree. Made statemant let insurance pay the bill to fix roof. Had 3 roofs since lived in house due to the limbs breaking. Have pictures tree is about 5ft from side of house which is the bedroom and frontroom. the house is one stroy.Tree is very very tall. Do we have any right to go into court to get tree trimed or removed. thank you

I would say yes if it is causing damage to your property. Or possibly contact the village or city where you live and ask them to try to do something about it.

Yes, you very well may be able to go to county court, and request injunctive relief that would require the tree owner to trim/remove the tree; you also may have an action for compensatory damages if you have paid out of pocket for roof repairs due to damage caused by the tree.
