Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

warrent

Ifa warrent was issued in 2001 in AZ, subject picked up in '04 on warrent in IL, sat in jail for 90 days for AZ to come get subject, Az never came & subject released. Subject picked up in '06 on same warrent, held for 5 days in Il, subject released because AZ revoked the warrent. ZSuject was told that the warrent was no longer vaild - subject has been picked up again on this same Z''Revoked'' warrent yhat was Re-issued by AZ. AZ admitted that the revoked in 10-06 & re-issued in 12-06- is the legal?

Re: warrent

In my opinion, your civil rights have been violated. In fact you may be able to file a lawsuit for false arrest against the police officers who arrested you in Illinois. There are irregularities in what has happened. I suggests you take steps to protect yourself. I'm available to answer additional questions that you may have.
