Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I am apart of a book project through a publishing company . Per the publisher the book is now complete as of 1/2/13.Received an email stating this as well along with others.We all paid a submission fee when the project began back in the summer time. Some people pre-ordered books , which I did. they were to be sent out 1/4 .Have not received them as of today 1/27/13.I have been trying to contact them have not got any respond . I don't know what to do at this point.

Too little information and it may be too soon to start a lawsuit. In any event you or an attorney would need to comb through the paperwork to find out who these folks really are, and what the promises they made really are.
