Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

arbitration case-Attn-B. Berger

I'd like to thank Mr.Berger for answering my prev. question. The construction company my husband Bill works for is Berger Excavating of Wauconda,IL.You may remember him.I ran this card up when our son was sick with leukemia.I've still been trying to speak with someone from the law firm that sent me the summons, but my calls are never returned.Yesterday I got another letter with a ''Citation to discover assets'' for me to fill out and return.I was scared before but now I am frantic-does this mean they plan to take Bill's 13 yr old truck(he needs it for work!) or my 18 yr old car? Can they come in and take our TV, etc? Bill was planning to switch his pay to direct deposit-is that wise, now that they want our acct #'s? I asssume they want the # in order to take whatever we have. It looks like they won't take a payment plan, so what do I say in court? I've never been to court before, just as a grand juror. I feel uncomfortable sending our SS#'s and acct.#'s-can I just fill this out and bring it to court instead of mailing it? Please help-I am just terrified. Thank you very much.
