Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Credit card apr's

I filed bankruptcy in 2003 and it was discharged in 2004. I have a chase credit card that i had when i filed bankruptcy but i didn't have a balance on it and they never closed it. I have been using the card since and they now decided to raise my apr to 32.24 from 28.90. Is this legal after four years?? If i don't agree to it then they close my account.

Ask them if you can see some proof that you agreed to that interest rate.
