Forgery not paying bills

I have a business partner that owes me $80,000.00 to help him with the business all on my credit cards. There is charges that i was not aware of. He steals others idenfition and uses my credit card without paying. I havent heard from him in 6 months and no money. I can not pay these credit cards off, i do not work. I just found out he has been forging my name. What can i do to put this guy out of business and in jail. He has not paid so many companies its not funny. Please advise me of my rights

You need to contact the police (seriously). Also you may have to file a bankruptcy petition to clear all of this off.

you have a private cause of action and there is a public cause of action. The latter is resolved by contacting the police and giving them copies of everything. They will know what to do. Then you need to file a suit to protect yourself. By suing him, you can get damages, and prevent him from doing this again.
