Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i was arrested in the early 80's andin the ninthies and in 2005 for haviving narcotics on me .
and recently served 45 days in the cook county jail on a warrent i didn't have another case with the
warrent .just the warrent alone fromthe case in 2005 for having narcotics on me.
I want to know can i get my record exsponged, And how to go about getting it exsponged.
