Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my boyfriend got locked up today with another man for some drugs found in the area.the police said they saw two guys in blue t shirts around the area of the drugs.the other man called me collect from lock-up for my boyfriend and in the conversation stated that the drugs were his .what can be done about that?

If your boyfriend is charged with possession, he must defend the charge. You should share the information with your boyfriend's attorney or public defender regarding your telephone conversation.
