Re: court disposition

Stricken off with leave to reinstate is essentially a dismissal of the charges. The state would have only a limited time to reinstate. Usually a judge will not let the state reinstate after 30 days.

Stricken off leave or SOL means the case was dismissed. It is not a conviction.
