Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Greetings,
i was convicted of a felony in Illinois about 12 years ago
UDCS - 1oz. psychedelic mushrooms
i plead out to probation and county jail / work release
since then i have not been arrested except for a (typical, no collision or injury) DUI about 3 years ago
now I want the felony expunged - I live in California, can a local attorney handle it, or i need an Illinois lawyer and/or appear in person in Illinois?
