Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my husband was arrested in 2008 for manu. of cannabias, all of the charges have been quashed. he was arrested last month for the same thing. they took both our cars. can they use information for the previous arrest to take my car? i have been employed and bought the car while working. how can i prove i paid cash and wasn't drug money?

Is the car in both your names? Quashed - do you mean "expunged"? There are missing facts and you should get a lawyer to help you.
