Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

My husband has been arrested on a meth conspiracy charge alleging he took someones truck to get anhydrous. The only evidence they have is other drug addicts stating he did this, He has a prior charge 10 Years ago for Meth Manufacturing but has not touched the stuff since. He has a great job pays his child support and is the soul provider for his family, He even has an addiction website he runs. His bond is 75000 he has been in jail now for a week and still have not has his charges read nor seen a judge. We cant afford an attorney and he needs his bond lowered so he can go back to work and fight this case. What do we do?
