what can i do i am currently on intensive drug probation so i have a regular probation officer and also a TASC agent for the drug part of the probation i was in treatment from nov 9 to dec 7 i was sopposed to go to court on nov 30 but since im in treatment and could not leave i notified tasc of this and they aggreed to show up in court on my behalf but they did not i called my probation officer today and i found out i have a warrant because i did not show up in court my probation officer said i have no bond and have to turn myself in what can i do to get rid of this

you can turn yourself in as the Probation Officer suggested. You should do this on a Monday or Tuesday so you will be sent to court the next date. Don't delay doing this because the Sheriff is already looking for you. You could also try going directly to court and advising the State's attorney that you heard there was a warrant out for you. If you get to step up in front of the Judge you will need to have proof that you were in treatment with TASC on your court date. Bring several copies of your paperwork. Have your attorney present if possible.
