You did not ask a question. However, I will assume you are seeking an answer to what type of punishment your son might get. For a first offender he may be able to get supervision, which is not a conviction, and expungable.

I am uncertain on what the questions is that you posted. Depending on what county the court case is in, a person with no priors with that type of offense should qualify for supervision. Upon completion of supervision, assuming no additional charges are present, he/she should be eligible to have the arrest expunged within 2/5 years (would need more info). Hope this helps.

He should be able to plead guilty and get probation. An attorney can get him the best results.
