Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was put on supervision for a year for reckless conduct and ten day s.w.a.p witch I did not know and now a year pass and I was send a letter saying I have a new court day to see if they give me jail time or I get reinstated but I did not go cause I did not remember. What should I do
