Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I was recently questioned by the police because of an anonymous report that I had claimed that I was going to shoot people from a building in the local area. What are my legal options at this point?

Your legal rights are to decline answering questions or making any statemtns. You have a Fifth Amendment Right under the U.S. CONSTITUTION TO REFUSE TO ANSWER QUESTOINS

Stand upon that legal rigtht. Blame me or your own lawyer if you need to do so, but stick to your guns and follow tis advice. Tlaking wtih the police can only hurt you, it can not possibly help you.
