Yes i was wondering if a wife knows her elderly husband is sick and does not take him to a doctor or hospitial. She told my wifes aunt that she thinks he had a stroke but hasnt taken him anywhere. you see she is a greedy woman who is majorally in debt. And if he dies its all paid for. So i think shes hoping for him to pass on. He hasnt been able to eat hes pretty much chair ridden because of lack of energy. she feeds him ensure once in awhile . I just think theres got to be something wrong here. all here accounts are in her and one of her daughters names the only thing hes on is his checking account with her so his social security goes in there for here to spend. She says she dosent have the money to take him to a doctor but has enough to by her grand-daughters i-pods for christmas. And we think she had him sign power of attorney over to her daughter without him really knowing anything about it.

I quess she just puts it front of him to sign it making something up about what it is. Are4 there any laws being broken?

Call the police immediately in order to have him removed to a hospital. Anyting that he signes at the point when he does not understand the nature of the document being signed is void, but you must take steps right now to have him looked at by a doctor (ER).
