Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

I'm 17, my boyfriend is 19, is it illegal? We aren't having sex, can he get in trouble? Can I?

As Bill Clinton once indicated, what is "sex" I do not believe having that simply being a boyfriend/girlfriend is illegal.
