Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Illinois

Sex Discrimination ?

The firm I currently work for has always made an effort to promote from within. The job offer they made to me almost two years ago was delayed by 18 months because they gave someone internally a chance to prove themselves in my position. I recently applied for the marketing manager position and was told after an informal interview that I am in the running but theyd like to look to the outside to insure that there isnt anything better out there. During a number of meetings to review what each department head would like in a new marketing manager there has been several discussions about this person being a hot chick with big tits. I am neither; I am a 32-year-old man. I have virtually all other attributes discussed during these meetings all of which have been documented except for the fact that three of the four department heads want a hot chick with big tits in the position. My question is: If I am denied this position and it ends up going to a hot chick do I have a case for sex discrimination? I have documented the comments suggesting that the company hire a hot chick with big tits with meeting times, names and titles. These meetings have been both formal and informal.

Re: Sex Discrimination ?

In a word, YES! The description your associates are giving for the qualification for the position is out and out sexual discrimination, even for women.
