ARD program

i was pulled over for a loud exhaust in front of my house the officer could smell alcohol when he approached my car, did sobriety test and also blew a .179 so there goes my perfect driving record, was charged with dui. i've never been in trouble before or even pulled over, no tickets till now. what is ARD program, how does it work and is anybody able to apply for it?

I don't know what the ARD program is. However, each county has an alcohol and drug evaluation program that informs the judge what type of counselling or treatment you need. The key is saving your drivers license. Because you took the breath test you lose your licence for 3 months. There's a way around that, but most lawyers don't know it. It's a little known legal manouver, and it's expensive. Please call for an appointment.
