I am in court for getting a DUI, while being arrested the cops searched me and found my fake Id which I am also being charged with. Just recently i received an underage drinking ticket for being at a party even tho i was not drinking. I requested a breatjlyzer but the cops told me it was zero tolerence? which doesnt make any sense to me. What should I do? I have a lawyer for the DUI.
