I just found out that I have an outstanding warrant issued for a DUI I had prior to 1995. I'm not sure of the exact year. The reason I know this is that my brother keeps getting pulled over looking for me. I can tell back then when I was young and dumb that I did use his name for this offense. The offense happened in Oregon, Illinois.
Wha should I do and what are my options?
