Possession of alcohol by minor

Okay, so me and a few of my friends got busted for underage drinking. There were never any breathalyzers done, but we all got civil 130 dollar tickets. I could techinically protest this..because there were never any questions as to who was drinking..they just started writing...even girls that hadn't been drinking were taken also. Any case?

I would strongly advise you not to just plead guilty and take a conviction on this charge. The consequences would be more serious than you might think. If I were you there is no doubt that I would hire an attorney to represent me. The attorney might advise you to go to trial if the prosecutor can not prove the case against you. Or, the attorney might work out a plea bargain where you can avoid a conviction on your record. Hire an attorney!
