Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

revoked license

im living in a different state from where i had received my dui 4 years go, ive been eligible since 2005 to get them back, they sent me and out of state application to do, but where im living now no one will do the evaluation. i dont dont what to do, it stresses me out everday, i have a son with another child on the way and my husband is in the army, and i really need my license back to be able to take care of my kids when my husband is deployed. is there anything that i could do to make this easier?

I am assuming you live now in IL. You can schedule the eval in the original state. I would also need to know what state the DUI was in.
