What is the worst they can give me on a DUI?

If your DUI is a misdomeanor, then 364 days in jail, plus $2,500.00, fine, and alcohol abuse education. If it's a felony, then 3 years in prison, and a $25,000.00, fine. If you need an attorney, please call for a free consultation.
