Legal Question in Elder Law in Illinois

I'm 87 yrs with health issues.I live on a fix income. My daughter ask for money and have been intimadating for help with her finances. I had to cash my IRA to write checks to her.I cashed credit cards checks from my son to pay my daughter. My son did'nt know this.He has the credit cards and never used them. I kept bank stmt. away from him.It amounted over 18,000 in cks. and over 40,000 in finances. Credit cards called and that's when my son found out.My daughter took all bank stmt. and check register and told me not to say or I wil not be around anymore. She told my other son that mother needs money and that she is so embarrased to ask. He wrote her first cks.for 8,000, Second cks. He won't say.My daughter was about to extort third time when my sons realized what was going on.When my husband passed away.My daughter came and went through his wallet and took some money.I lock all door when my son is not around for fear that she might come around. In the past she told me not to say a word or they won't give me money.

Is this domestic violences or civil harrssement against the elderly. Thank You for your attention.
